TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Interventional Radiology RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – IR / Special Procedures (Vascular Interventional Radiology)

Location

Charleston, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM) or 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), rotating | On-call required (rotating weeknights, weekends, and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Vascular Interventional Radiology setting across adult and pediatric populations
• Administer and monitor moderate sedation during interventional procedures
• Circulate for interventional radiology procedures in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs as required
• Participate in emergency response team assignments during designated emergency periods, including hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or valid Compact State nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in ER, trauma, ICU, critical care, or procedural nursing
• Experience with moderate sedation
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Radiation badge required — must be supplied by the placing agency prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in pediatric and/or adult vascular interventional radiology
• Experience circulating for interventional procedures
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
