As a physician on the team, you ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing prevention, wellness, and continuity of care. You ll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and have the opportunity to connect patients with behavioral health, women s health, pharmacy, laboratory, specialty, and other supportive services. The current position is a full-time, offering the opportunity for four or five day per week schedules, and the role calls for a physician who values respectful, collaborative relationships with patients and families and is committed to high-quality community health.
