Key responsibilities Write and optimize diverse content types, including blogs, research reports, and customer stories, targeting Employee Experience and Learning & Development audiences Collaborate with Digital Marketing to implement SEO and AEO strategies, positioning the brand as a trusted source for AI-driven search queries Oversee the editorial workflow, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences effectively Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a focus on HR Tech being a plus Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling, narrative-driven content Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles, with experience in creating audience-first content Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization Strong systems mindset for building editorial workflows and content audits
