Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Marketing Content Manager, responsible for creating and optimizing engaging content across various platforms, managing editorial processes, and integrating AI tools to enhance production while maintaining brand integrity. Key responsibilities Write and optimize diverse content types, including blogs, research reports, and customer stories, targeting Employee Experience and Learning & Development audiences Collaborate with Digital Marketing to implement SEO and AEO strategies, positioning the brand as a trusted source for AI-driven search queries Oversee the editorial workflow, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences effectively Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a focus on HR Tech being a plus Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling, narrative-driven content Working knowledge of SEO and AEO principles, with experience in creating audience-first content Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization Strong systems mindset for building editorial workflows and content audits
