We ensure Snap’s ad products are effective, efficient, and customer-centric, enabling businesses to connect meaningfully with our global community.We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product to join our Ad Formats Product Management team within the Revenue Product organization at Snap Inc!What you’ll do:Lead a team of Product Managers to develop and scale a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Ad Formats product area, ensuring alignment with Snap’s broader business goals and delivering innovative solutions that empower advertisers and enhance user experiences.Originate and help your team execute scalable, transformative ideas that address advertiser needs and deliver long-term impact, leveraging insights to shape the future of Snap’s revenue ecosystem.Build trust and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Marketing Science, and Solutions Engineering, by demonstrating expertise, sound judgment, and measurable outcomes.Use data and analytics to understand performance, identify growth patterns, and make informed decisions to optimize or sunset underperforming products.Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and resilience under challenging circumstances.Mentor and guide less experienced PMs, contribute to recruiting efforts, and play an active role in building a strong, collaborative Revenue Product organization.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Skilled in people management, cross functional leadership and deep product management experienceAbility to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectivelyAbility to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teamsAbility to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completionSkilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organizationKnowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysisA strong understanding of and practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of practical work experience10+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; or a Masters and 9+ years of experience2+ years of experience managing product teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working on Ad FormatsHands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch executionIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $251,000-$377,000 annually.Zone B:The base salary range for this position is $238,000-$358,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $213,000-$320,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Snapchat
