HVAC Account Executive

HVAC Account Executive - Commercial & Industrial - Project Sales Unitemp has over 50 years of experience as the leading commercial and industrial HVAC project and service provider in the New Jersey and New York markets. We provide our clients with heating, air conditioning and ventilation solutions to meet the needs of their facility and people. As an experienced project sales representative, you will be to promoting the sale of solution based HVAC repair and replacement projects and new service agreements to Commercial, Industrial and Institutional customers. The successful individual will be responsible for working with new and existing customers to identify, promote and quote equipment and control systems upgrades and replacements that reduce energy consumption, reduce maintenance costs, and improve operational reliability. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and should have demonstrated track record in quoting and closing high dollar value technical sales proposals for commercial, industrial and institutional accounts. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with a passion for relationship building and gaining new business opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Identify & assess project sale opportunities within the existing customer base and initiate contact with potential new customers with similar opportunities Prepare and conduct sales presentations to customers Generate proposals for HVAC equipment & system upgrades and replacements as well as preventive maintenance proposals Develop additional technical skills through on-going training and education Experience and Education Required: High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3 - 5 years successful track record selling technical services in a B2B environment QUALIFICATIONS (including Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): Knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and customer communication Be able to work independently as well as successfully with the service team What we offer: Competitive base salary based on experience, and quarterly commission incentive Competitive benefits package including paid time off, Health, Dental, Vision, Short and Long term disability, Life, and 401(k) matching Car allowance and gas card #J-18808-Ljbffr Unitemp,-Inc.
