Across my two offices, we have a team of 10, collectively bringing well over 100 years of State Farm experience. We handle everything from simple customer needs to complex policy issues with professionalism and care. Giving back to the community is something I value deeply. My family and I volunteer with Feed My Starving Children several times a year, and I’m an active member of both the Wilmette and Northbrook Chambers of Commerce. Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Todd Markman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
