SMT Rework & Precision Soldering Technician

Mer-Mar Electronics is seeking an SMT Touch-Up & Rework Technician to perform precision soldering on PCBAs within the SMT assembly area per established procedures and work instructions. The role requires reading drawings, BOMs, and manuals; maintaining safety with PPE; detecting equipment malfunctions; and coordinating with Senior Technician and QC to resolve issues while ensuring traceability of the product.
