This full-time, contract role runs from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027, and is entirely onsite, allowing you to make a direct impact in students' lives. You will join a collaborative team with two available positions, each offering the chance to work with caseloads tailored to your background and interests.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• State license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in New Mexico
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfort providing services in a school-based environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in line with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Document progress and maintain records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multi-disciplinary assessments, and other relevant school activities
• Provide expert support and consultation to teachers and support staff
