Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for or currently possess an active Colorado medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
