Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Collaborate with the nursing team to follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care at all times Qualifications: CNA certification in good standing (South Carolina) Current CPR Must be at least 18 years old Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for serving an underserved population Why Join Chandler Creek Post Acute?
