Schedule Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, including some weekends with compensatory days. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to cover a busy territory during the summer months while the current therapist is on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have experience in home health and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. ResponsibilitiesConduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient mobility and quality of life. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust have a valid Maine Physical Therapy License.
