Branch Manager – Waterworks

Dallas/Forth Worth Metro Area, TX

We are working with a growing organization in the waterworks and underground utility distribution space seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow operations in the Dallas market.

This is a hands on leadership role focused on overseeing branch performance, supporting the sales team, managing day to day operations, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. It is a strong fit for someone who understands the waterworks market and can lead from the front while helping build a strong culture and profitable branch.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overall branch performance, including operations, inventory, customer support, and team leadership. This individual will help drive growth across the market while maintaining a strong focus on service, accountability, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and overall performance

• Support customer relationships and help drive growth across the local market

• Work closely with inside and outside sales teams to improve service and execution

• Help manage inventory, logistics, and branch-level processes

• Lead, coach, and develop team members across the operation

• Ensure a high standard of responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability

• Support branch profitability and overall business performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in waterworks, utility distribution, or related branch operations

• Prior leadership experience in distribution, operations, or branch management

• Strong understanding of customer service, inventory, and team management

• Background working with contractors, municipalities, or utility-related customers preferred

• Self-driven with strong communication and problem-solving ability

• Comfortable leading both people and process in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Waterworks or underground utility product knowledge

• Experience managing a branch, warehouse, or distribution team

• Exposure to outside sales and customer development efforts

Compensation & Benefits
