You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross-functional Technical Transformation Team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). **Your Impact** **Your Experience** * Bachelor's degree in engineering* 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG.* Proven track record of establishing Reliability Engineering capabilities.* Previous experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes.* Experience managing projects.* Experience with Weibull and other statistical analysis methods.* Proficient in using MS Office Suite* Experience with CMMS systems; SAP Plant Maintenance preferred.* Skilled in assessing and prioritizing improvement efforts based on losses.* Ability to support off shifts when business needs arise* Willingness to travel up to 10%. #LI-Onsite #LI-MSL #LI-MW1 **Compensation** Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
