This opportunity offers a contract position in the Scottsdale, AZ area, with multiple openings across several elementary school sites. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, based on your availability and preference. Positions are onsite and provide a chance to work with a diverse range of caseloads, including behavior programs, cross-category self-contained classrooms, and resource settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Educator Certification required
• Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FP Card)
• Experience with behavioral programs and CPI certification strongly preferred (for select positions)
• Early Childhood and SPED endorsement or relevant experience recommending for preschool placement
• Ability to adapt to various self-contained and resource environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and individualized instruction for students with special needs in self-contained, resource, or preschool settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs to support student achievement and growth
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom climate utilizing evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
• Track and document student progress according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as assigned
