Carilion Clinic is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatricians to join Carilion Children's Pediatric Medicine in Roanoke, VA. This role involves working with medical residents and students in an outpatient setting, focusing on improving child health for patients from birth to 18 years. Practice Info Growing medical practice serving pediatric patients across the Southwest Virginia region with offices located in Botetourt County, Roanoke County, Roanoke City, and Franklin County Outpatient practice focused on improving child health and well-being in our community for children birth to 18 years of age Hospital coverage is provided by Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Intensivists, and Neonatologists at Carilion Children's, the regions only Level III 60-bed NICU, 8 bed PICU, and 24 bed pediatric unit Pediatric expertise and support available in most subspecialties Modern new office building offering lab and xray services with an experienced clinical staff and support personnel The office utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and centralized patient registration and billing Responsibilities Work with medical residents and students Work busy schedules including newborn, well child, care coordination, and sick visits Compensation Min Starting Salary: $195,750 Max Starting Salary: $344,710 Eligible to participate in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus compensation programs to improve the minimum salary Historical averages of Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus earnings are included in the maximum salary Incentive Pay: Yes, Productivity Based RVU Compensation Plan & Bonus Incentive Relocation Paid: Yes, Allowance Benefits Comprehensive benefits and pension offerings Vacation: Yes, 20 days CME: Yes, Days + Allowance Comprehensive Benefits Plan to include: Health/Vision/Dental, Life, Disability, Savings Plan, Pension Plan PAID Malpractice & Tail Shift & Schedule Monday through Friday schedule Shared Call and Weekend Rotations Requirements American Board of Pediatrics Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatricians Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and meet the requirements of Maintenance of Certification (MOC) with the American Board of Pediatrics
