Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an inpatient pediatric setting in San Mateo, California. The position involves providing assessment, treatment, and evaluation services for pediatric patients, including those with autism, developmental delays, fluency issues, language disorders, and voice concerns. Candidates are required to bring their valid state license on the first day of work.

Job Details:

• Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP all certificates must be American Heart Association (AHA) certified and in hand at the time of submittal
• Education Requirements: Valid State License (required at time of submission)
• Certifications: BLS, CCC-SLP
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience required for submission
• Location: San Mateo, California
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum 40 hours per week
• Certifications and Qualifications: Must have a valid State License, BLS certification, and CCC-SLP credential
• Additional Information: Candidates must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of signing, and submit accurate work history going back 7 years. Vaccinations for COVID-19 and flu are required. One holiday will be approved.
• Must have Epic electronic medical record system experience preferred.
• Background Policy: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission.
• Travel: 50 miles travel requirement; locals accepted at a lower rate.
• Return Policy: Must have been gone for at least 1 year to return as a traveler.
