Quality Auditor

As a Quality Technician, you ensure customer specifications and our company's high standards of quality are met throughout our plastic container production operations. You'll join our team of collaborative associates focused on producing the best quality packaging in the industry. Work Schedule: 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 2‑week schedule (3 days on, 4 days on, 2 weekends off). Promotion opportunities are prioritized from within. Responsibilities Conduct quality inspections of in-process product and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse to evaluate product quality. Use measuring instruments to assess dimensions and performance criteria against customer specifications. Regularly engage with associates to discuss product conformance and identify improvement opportunities. Growth: Acquire knowledge and skills through training and on‑the‑job experiences. Qualifications A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum one year of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of quality control methods and approaches. Superior attention to detail. Ability to walk and stand on the production floor throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work 6:45pm – 7:15am on a 3‑day/2‑day cycle (two weekends off per month).
