Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Superior Patient Care: Render comprehensive nursing care to patients in critical condition, ensuring their safety and comfort during recovery.
• Oversee Patient Health: Monitor, assess, and record vital signs and treatment reactions, initiating immediate interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare personnel to create and put into action custom care plans.
• Administer Medications and Treatments: Handle IV drugs, blood products, and other complex treatments diligently and carefully.
• Support Family Members: Communicate effectively with patients' families, providing emotional support and counsel during challenging times.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred.
• Experience in ICU, emergency room, or other critical care settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
