Location: North Dakota
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (Monday through Saturday rotation), 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Every other Saturday required. Closed Sundays.

Highlights:

• Outpatient chronic dialysis setting with a 32-station unit
• B Braun dialysis machine experience
• EPIC charting system
• Manageable patient ratio of 4:1 with support from float or charge nurse
• Comprehensive orientation covering department operations, water systems, equipment, policies, and medication administration
• Opportunity to work in a stable, outpatient environment with no Sunday shifts

Requirements:

• Active RN license (North Dakota or Compact state)
• Minimum 2.5 years of recent dialysis nursing experience required
• Outpatient clinic dialysis experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• CNN or CDN certification highly desired
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility location

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis treatment
• Perform dialysis treatments using B Braun equipment
• Complete interdisciplinary assessments and individualized care plans
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient chronic dialysis setting
