Position Associate Attorney – Tax & Estate Planning Group (Dallas) Responsibilities Preparation of estate planning documents Income tax planning Estate and gift tax planning Trust and estate administration Business succession planning Qualifications 1-3 years of experience as a lawyer Preferred prior experience and/or education in tax matters Detail-oriented, organized, and possess a solid work ethic Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school Either licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible for admission without examination Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $165,000 – $175,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
