Quality Control Analyst II

Albany, New York (On-site) - Relocation available for US citizens Hartmann Young is partnered with a leading global CDMO supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the development and manufacture of small molecule therapies. We're looking for a Quality Control Analyst II to join an established analytical laboratory, supporting the testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished APIs and stability studies while contributing to method development and continuous improvement initiatives. The Role Perform analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, finished products and stability samples Operate a range of analytical instrumentation including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV/Vis, IR and wet chemistry techniques Support method development, method transfers, qualifications and validations Investigate laboratory deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results Assist with cleaning validation studies and analytical data review Contribute to laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and audit readiness Provide technical support to other laboratory team members and contribute to continuous improvement projects. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline Experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated laboratory environment Hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques, particularly HPLC/UPLC and/or GC Experience working within cGMP and/or GLP environments is highly desirable Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced QC laboratory.
