Personal Time Off Benefits OnDemand Payroll Feature Compensation: $16.00 / hour Museum Experience Associate Essential Functions: Greet museum visitors on arrival with a warm and inviting welcome. Provide directions for visitors to purchase tickets at our kiosks. Answer general inquiries about museum operations, The Wynwood Walls app, Wi-Fi, special exhibits, and events. Demonstrate basic knowledge of artists and works within the museum. Provide the highest level of customer service to all visitors. Contribute to the execution of special activities and programs, including setup and breakdown. Manage the operation of specific exhibits, including queuing and crowd control. Work collaboratively with the Events team as needed. Attend all required meetings and report all unsafe conditions immediately. Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor, including cross-training. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or Hospitality role required; experience in a museum, live entertainment or amusement park a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse group of clients and guests, and a team player. Flexibility in working hours, as some evening and weekend work is required. Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. Ability to lift 30 lbs. or more. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
