What You'll Do

- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and inspect their property.

• Provide accurate estimates and recommend roofing solutions that best fit the customer's needs.

• Build trust through honest communication and an exceptional customer experience.

• Guide homeowners through the sales process from the initial consultation to project completion.

• Follow up consistently with customers to answer questions and keep projects moving forward.

• Generate your own leads while working company-provided opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company software.

• Stay up to date on roofing products, installation methods, and industry best practices.

• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

What We're Looking For

- Sales experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to achieve and exceed goals.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

• Comfortable working in a field-based environment and meeting with homeowners.
