ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions. This role focuses on maintaining platform stability, ensuring compatibility with new ServiceNow applications, and collaborating with the ServiceNow vendor to align platform capabilities with enterprise data models and architecture standards. The architect will drive platform optimization, business process automation, and system integrations while ensuring best practices across ServiceNow implementations.

Experience: 10+ Years (ServiceNow Platform / Enterprise Architecture)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions across enterprise environments

• Ensure platform stability, performance, and governance across ServiceNow applications

• Collaborate with ServiceNow vendors to evaluate compatibility of new applications with the existing platform and data model

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices

• Design and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and security components including encryption

• Drive business process automation and digital workflow solutions using ServiceNow capabilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide architectural decisions

• Oversee platform integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications

• Ensure proper data modeling, system governance, and platform scalability

• Participate in architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and enterprise platform strategy initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise solution design

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred

• Alternatively, ServiceNow Implementation certifications in multiple areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Encryption

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, development practices, and integrations

• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and platform governance

• Experience working with ServiceNow vendors and managing platform upgrades and compatibility assessments

• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
