High-Impact Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Safely and accurately administer complex medication regimens and treatments, acting as a vital clinical resource within your unit.

• Strategic Order Management: Command the transcription of physician orders onto MARs/treatment sheets with meticulous precision to ensure care plan fidelity.

• Advanced Monitoring & Reporting: Proactively assess resident status and provide immediate, high-level communication to physicians and pharmacy partners regarding changes in condition.

• Regulatory Rigor: Maintain "survey-ready" documentation and clinical records in strict accordance with state and federal oversight standards.

• Unit Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to CNAs, ensuring the entire floor operates at the highest standard of resident-centered care.

• Collaborative Care: Partner with the Director of Nursing and the interdisciplinary team to implement innovative clinical programming.

Qualifications for Success

• License: Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

• Skill Set: Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to patient-centered advocacy.

• Experience: Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is valued, but we will mentor motivated LPNs ready to step into a leadership-oriented role.
