Supervises: Production/Assembly Technicians, Warehouse Technicians, Seating Technicians, Shipping/Receiving Technicians, Courier/Delivery Technicians SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Operations Fulfillment Director is responsible for overseeing timely shipping/receiving, inventory management, assembly, and product delivery at the local level. This role involves coordinating branch personnel efforts to ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining safe and efficient operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead the order fulfillment team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of team members. Manage warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, product returns, and maintenance of rental/demo equipment. Generate and provide necessary inventory reports within the designated area. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency based on performance metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline equipment procurement and delivery. Work with department leaders to plan and execute equipment order deliveries efficiently. Address and resolve customer escalations alongside various Numotion departments in a timely manner. Ensure operational quality to boost customer satisfaction and minimize turnaround times. Optimize scheduling and management of distribution routes. Implement best practices across Numotion to foster uniform operational processes. Utilize reporting databases for improved business outcomes. Ensure that direct reports meet the needs of both internal and external customers effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations in all activities. Perform additional related duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. At least five years of operational experience. A minimum of two years in a supervisory role, including mentoring and coaching. Valid State Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel frequently across geographical zones. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Knowledge of complex rehabilitation equipment and products. Technical or mechanical knowledge. Basic financial reporting skills. Experience in healthcare management. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with cross-functional teams. Proven track record as a change agent embracing rapid change. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Aptitude for leveraging technology and adapting to innovative environments.
