Structural Engineer

Job description: We are seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to support our growing Development & Industrial team in our Baton Rouge, LA location. This is a hands-on, production-focused role responsible for delivering structural design across commercial and industrial projects while helping expand team capacity.Why Join Us?Immediate impact on a high-demand, growing teamExposure to diverse development and industrial projectsOpportunity for client interaction, ownership, and career growthCompetitive salary, benefit offerings, and much more!Key Responsibilities include:Perform structural design and analysis for building and industrial structuresLead design production and execution across multiple active projectsPrepare and review calculations, specifications, and construction documentsCoordinate with civil teams and other disciplinesConduct QA/QC reviews to ensure quality and code complianceSupport construction administration (shop drawings, RFIs, site visits)Assist with proposals and client coordinationMentor junior engineers and support team developmentManage schedules and budgets to meet project deadlinesPreferred:Industrial or heavy manufacturing project experienceClient-facing experienceAbility to mentor or grow into leadership responsibilitiesAbility to obtain required safety certifications (BOP, TWIC, site-specific). Qualifications: QualificationsRequired:Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited)Current Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Louisiana or ability to obtain)4+ years of experience in structural design (commercial, building, or industrial)Strong background in hands-on design and project productionProficiency in structural analysis software (RAM, RISA, STAAD, or similar)Experience with Revit; working knowledge of AutoCADAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills Why is This a Great Opportunity: Smaller company with great growth potentialSalary Type : Annual SalarySalary Min : $ 110000Salary Max : $ 150000Currency Type : USD
