Your Service & Operational Duties As our Banquet Server, you are the essential link between planning and execution, responsible for setting the stage and delivering polished service. Event Setup & Execution: Set up banquet rooms and tables precisely according to event specifications. Your attention to detail is critical to the first impression. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure exceptional service. Tear Down & Cleanliness: Clear tables and clean banquet rooms efficiently after events. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift. Collaboration & Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure events run smoothly. Assist with event planning and coordination as needed. Flexibility & Reliability: Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of events. Minimum & Preferred Qualifications We seek driven individuals who are ready to excel in a high‑energy environment. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a banquet or restaurant setting. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends). Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Experience with event planning and coordination. Knowledge of food and beverage service.
