Maintenance Technician

Performs routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAS and carpentry as assigned. Perform excellent internal/external guest service; Physically respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak, or any other emergency situation or repair; Service and repair air handler units; Install and repair plumbing; Repair and install new or damaged equipment; such as, ceiling repairs due to water leaks, lighting repairs, fixtures, kitchen and other equipment; Complete work assignments in a timely manner; Perform preventative maintenance as needed; Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Preferred: High School or better. Technical/other training or better.

Required: Driver's License.

Preferred: Serve Safe.
