This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who is passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping students prepare for careers in dental assisting.Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM or 6 pm -10 pm (as needed)Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in accordance with established curriculum and lesson plans.Supervise students during laboratory activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.Reinforce dental assisting skills, procedures, terminology, ethics, and professionalism.Monitor student performance and provide feedback to support learning outcomes.Maintain accurate attendance and student records as required.Collaborate with program leadership and faculty to ensure continuity of instruction.Follow all college policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned.MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of three years in the field as a Dental Assistant.Graduated from a Dental Assistant Program from a accredited institutionIs currently certified or a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or a licensed dentist, and is proficient in handed and/or six-handed dentistry principleSuccess Education Colleges is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
