Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with approximately 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone looking to expand their technical expertise, take on increasing responsibility, and grow within a collaborative engineering environment. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems while working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems
• Create and revise 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software
• Support product development from concept through production
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to ensure design feasibility
• Perform analysis, calculations, and troubleshooting to improve performance and reliability
• Assist in prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
• Maintain documentation including specifications, reports, and design changes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and product design

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant engineering experience (internships/co-ops considered)
• Some proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials is a plus
