We're hiring two motivated Physician Assistants to join our collaborative, supportive team in a modern facility. What You'll Do: * Perform thorough patient evaluations, pain assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans * Manage chronic pain conditions using multimodal approaches (medications, interventional techniques, referrals) * Conduct office-based procedures including trigger point injections, joint/bursa injections, Botox (training provided if needed) * Prescribe medications (including controlled substances) under physician supervision * Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging, EMGs) * Provide patient education, follow-ups, and coordinate multidisciplinary care * Document efficiently in our EMR system * Collaborate closely with board-certified pain physicians in a team-oriented environment What We're Looking For: * Active Texas PA license and NCCPA certification (or pending) * DEA license/eligibility required * New graduates welcome * Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, anesthesiology, or primary care * Compassionate mindset with excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills * Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on quality patient outcomes What We Offer (to Attract & Retain Top Talent): * Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, CME allowance. * Potential to make as much as $150,000 annually!! * Modern office with supportive staff and advanced equipment * You will be apart of an on call rotation, but you do not have to come into the office!
