About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to lead the development and implementation of a modern, AI-native go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This pivotal role involves architecting a comprehensive revenue operations function that spans the entire customer journey, with a focus on driving efficiency, profitability, and improved care outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the RevOps team, designing and owning the revenue tech stack, and deploying AI-native revenue systems. They will also be tasked with driving experimentation, scaling successful strategies, and ensuring the alignment of the RevOps function with the company's overall revenue goals. Candidates for the VP of Revenue Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, growth engineering, or a related technical function, with a proven track record in leading high-impact RevOps at a growth-stage B2B company. Technical proficiency is essential, including deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms, GTM data enrichment and orchestration tools, integration and automation platforms, marketing automation and sequencing tools, and a familiarity with data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a mindset and leadership style that is both technical and business-oriented, with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa. High agency, a proactive and accountable approach, and a collaborative, low-ego attitude are also key attributes for this role.
