About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to be a pivotal strategic partner to the Founder/CEO. This role goes beyond traditional operations, focusing on amplifying the CEO's impact, serving as a trusted confidant, and ensuring the Executive Leadership Team operates in a unified and aligned manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the CEO's operational cadence, managing priorities, and representing the CEO in various internal forums. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will drive the operating cadence of the ELT, facilitate cross-functional communications, and lead special projects, including the adoption of modern AI productivity tools. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in high-growth environments, with a preference for those with a background in technology startups or strategy consulting. The role requires a master communicator, a low-ego, high-impact individual, and an analytical, solutions-oriented professional.
