We are seeking an experienced Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Pre-Op, Post-Op, and PACU nursing. The ideal candidate will provide safe, high-quality perioperative care and support patients throughout the surgical and recovery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients before and after surgical procedures.

• Monitor patients during post-anesthesia recovery and identify potential complications.

• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.

• Provide post-operative monitoring, pain management, and patient education.

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety protocols.

• Support care across relevant surgical specialties, including general surgery, urology, orthopedic spine, orthopedics, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, endoscopy, and pain management.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Surgical RN experience in Pre-Op, Post-Op, and PACU.

• Experience across the relevant surgical specialties listed above.

• Active Montana RN license or accepted compact RN privilege.

• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.

• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
