The Little Gym of Fernandina Beach is looking for an energetic, dependable, and organized Program Director to join our leadership team!

This is a hands-on leadership position working closely with the Owner to help manage the day-to-day operations of the gym.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach approximately 45% of classes

• Manage, support, and help develop our instructor team

• Manage staff schedules and coordinate coverage

• Ensure The Little Gym standards are consistently maintained

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our families

• Coordinate special events, including Parent Survival Nights, Read, Move & Groove, and member events

• Assist with member retention, enrollment, and overall program growth

• Help oversee daily gym operations and serve as a key point of leadership when the Owner is not present

We are looking for someone who loves working with children, is a strong communicator, takes initiative, is organized, and is comfortable leading a team.

Position Benefits:

• Hourly leadership position

• 8 hours of PTO accrued per month
