Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Opportunity at Alight Behavioral Therapy
We are pleased to offer a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design and implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and collaborate with families to achieve their goals. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with Autism Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards
• Collect and record data on client progress, including behavior and skill acquisition
• Collaborate with BCBA and family members to set goals, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide positive reinforcement, skill-building, and behavioral interventions in a clinical setting
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
• Demonstrate a commitment to cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and respect for diversity in all interactions with clients and families
