Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination
• Support lease administration processes, including contract preparation, renewals, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and upselling available units to maximize occupancy
• Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, lease agreements, and maintenance logs using property management software
• Collaborate with legal teams on administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law
• Handle customer service inquiries professionally via phone and in person, ensuring positive resident experiences
• Participate in conflict management efforts by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist in facilities management activities including property maintenance scheduling
• Contribute to office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documentation related to property operations

Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with property management systems is highly desirable but not necessary
• Proven customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
• Office experience involving data entry, filing, and general administrative support
• Knowledge of facilities management practices and property maintenance procedures is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor in all interactions
