Position Title CE-Centralized Staffing - Senior Care Flexpool Location WK Medical Center, Shreveport, LA Employment Type Temporary, Day, 7A-7P Job Details Newly Created Position Posted 02/19/2026 | Req # 2297 Responsibilities Provide LPN care to residents in WK’s Senior Care facilities, including Extended Care Center, Progressive Care Center, Live Oak Skilled Nursing, and Savannah Assisted Living. Attend general orientation followed by unit‑specific orientation with a preceptor at each facility. Work PRN (daily option) positions across the senior care facilities. Qualifications At least one year of LPN experience. Current, unencumbered license with the LA State Board of Nursing. Flexible to work day shifts, 7A-7P.
