Chaiwale & Co. is looking for a reliable hardworking and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our café team in Redlands CA!
The Dishwasher plays an important role in keeping our café clean organized and running smoothly. Were looking for someone who takes pride in their work works well with others and is comfortable staying busy in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash rinse and sanitize dishes cups utensils and kitchen equipment
Keep dishwashing and back-of-house areas clean and organized
Maintain cleanliness of sinks floors counters and other work areas
Take out trash and recycling as needed
Help with general cleaning and sanitation throughout the café
Assist with stocking supplies and keeping items organized
Help the team with other café duties when needed
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW
At Chaiwale & Co. the Dishwasher position can be a starting point for growth within our team . As you learn our operations and demonstrate a strong work ethic reliability and great customer service there may be opportunities to cross-train in other areas of the café and grow into roles such as Barista Team Member or Shift Leader . We want to help motivated team members learn develop new skills and grow with Chaiwale & Co.
FOOD HANDLER CARD
Because this is a café environment you may assist with food handling and other food-service duties as needed. A valid Food Handler Card is required or you must be willing to obtain one.
EXPERIENCE
Previous dishwasher restaurant café or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
