Position: Shipping Forklift Operator
Pay: $20.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential ($22.00/hour on 2nd Shift)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Location Mooresville, IN 46158

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Shipping Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stage, and load materials.
Prepare and stage outgoing shipments according to schedules.
Load and unload trucks following all safety procedures.
Transport materials within the warehouse to support shipping.
Maintain accurate inventory and organize staging areas.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Keep work areas clean and hazard-free.

Qualifications:

Previous sit-down forklift experience required; stand-up forklift experience preferred.
Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
Dependable with reliable attendance and stable work history.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Seeking a long-term, full-time position.
Willing to complete at least two weeks of training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) before transitioning to second shift.
