Manufacturing Operations Leader: Lean & Quality

Universal Business Team

Universal Business Team is seeking an Operations Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a Shrewsbury manufacturing facility. You will oversee end-to-end production and ensure high-quality, efficient operations, with a focus on lean improvements and regulatory compliance. You will lead process optimization, mentor teams, coordinate with quality and supply chain, and support the setup of a new site across the road.
