Propane Delivery & Service TechnicianPremier Cooperative is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Propane Delivery & Service Technician to join our energy team. This role combines safe and efficient propane delivery with hands-on service work, including tank installations, maintenance, and customer support.Position OverviewThe Propane Delivery & Service Technician is responsible for delivering propane to residential, commercial, and agricultural customers while providing installation, maintenance, and service support. This role plays a key part in ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and reliable energy service.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & OperationsSafely deliver propane to customer locations in a timely and efficient mannerOperate delivery vehicles and equipment in compliance with DOT and company safety standardsComplete delivery tickets, invoices, and required documentation accuratelyService & InstallationInstall, inspect, and maintain propane tanks, regulators, and related equipmentPerform system checks, leak tests, and general service workTroubleshoot and resolve service issues for customersCustomer ServiceProvide excellent customer service and represent the cooperative professionallyEducate customers on safe propane use and equipment operationRespond to customer questions and service requests promptlySafety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures, including DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulationsMaintain proper certifications and licenses required for the rolePerform regular equipment and vehicle inspectionsGeneral SupportAssist with routing, scheduling, and other operational needs during peak seasonsSupport the location and energy team with additional duties as assignedQualificationsCDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain)Strong safety mindset and attention to detailMechanical aptitude or experience with propane systems preferredAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and customer service skillsWhy Join Premier Cooperative?Stable, year-round position in a growing energy divisionOpportunity to develop technical and service skillsWork in a team-focused environment serving local communitiesCompetitive pay and benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Cooperative
