Maynor Services Company is seeking two experienced Plumbing Field Supervisors to lead our residential new construction plumbing division.

We're looking for professionals who know how to keep production moving, communicate effectively with builders and internal teams, and ensure every home is ready for inspection and homeowner delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Field Supervisor, you'll oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and support residential new construction plumbing crews

• Communicate daily with the office, warehouse, builders, and field personnel

• Manage warranty items within your assigned communities

• Prepare material lists and submit daily job packs

• Review materials with crews each morning before they leave the warehouse

• Confirm all scheduled jobs are ready for the following day's work

• Ensure homes are completed and ready for inspections

• Monitor quality, productivity, and job progress across multiple communities

• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule

• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction plumbing

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installation practices

• Experience managing production home schedules and multiple job sites

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate effectively with builders, office staff, warehouse personnel, and field crews

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Valid driver's license

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Optional Saturdays during peak production periods
