Hands‑on training and development to set you up for success A fun, fast‑paced work environment where every day is different What You’ll Do As a Store Associate you will be responsible for: Providing friendly, prompt service at the register or self‑checkout Suggesting additional products to enhance guest purchases Addressing guest concerns with urgency and involving managers as needed Fostering a team‑oriented, respectful work environment Help Keep Our Stores Stocked & Fresh Ensuring food and beverage items are available and meet quality standards Maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas and following all safety regulations Restocking shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed Keep It Clean & Organized Maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out Completing regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests Assisting in inventory management and restocking What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED (or in progress) Previous experience in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment is a plus A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like bending and standing May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations Fueled by Growth, Driven by You At RaceTrac, our people make the difference.
