Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change & Transformation Lead to drive culture change and enable sustainable performance improvements across the organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders and project teams to build change capability within teams, assess organizational readiness, and design effective change strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience advising leadership on organizational development and behavioral change to ensure successful program and initiative rollouts, particularly within a marketing-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee change management initiatives focused on cultural transformation and performance improvement.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments; analyze findings and present clear, actionable summaries to senior leadership.
• Develop and recommend comprehensive change and adoption plans aligned with business and project goals.
• Advise leadership on organizational development, behavioral, and change-related risks and mitigation strategies.
• Create and deliver clear communication strategies to support change adoption across stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and support change efforts involving marketing tools and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Planning and Change Management frameworks.
• Proven experience in communications development and executive-level delivery.
• Experience working in or with marketing organizations.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills.
