Room Attendant

We invite experienced housekeepers to join the Arizona Biltmore Housekeeping Team. Responsibilities Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well. Work as a team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness. Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked and utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities effectively. Maintain thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas. Daily change and inspection of linens and towels following the Green Program standards. Practice safety standards and report hazards such as broken glass, frayed cords, leaks, broken locks, or suspicious persons. Respect guests’ property and use care in handling equipment. Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records; follow proper room issuance standards. Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers at all times. Perform other related duties as requested by Floor Supervisor. Qualifications Housekeeping experience desirable. Neat, pleasant personality. Strong time‑management skills. Ability to work on feet for an extended period. Effective verbal communication. Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions. Physical ability to move, traverse, and position self to reach corners, high places, and operate equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters.
