Job TitleInterview: Onsite (F2F) Visa: USC, GC, GC EAD and H4 EAD Hybrid: Summit, NJ Some with the MMM Marketing Mix Modeling experience as well. JD:Your focus will be on developing and deploying machine learning algorithms and data mining strategies to optimize omnichannel communications for media/advertising applications, with an emphasis on generative AI applications to bring business value.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Collaboration and Business ImpactWork with the business to identify and prioritize data science-driven opportunities, including those leveraging generative AI, with a focus on delivering tangible business valueCollaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to guide and review modeling effortsModel Development and DeploymentBuild, test, validate, and deploy machine learning algorithms and data mining strategies to optimize omnichannel communications media/advertising applicationsWorking knowledge of Mlops process to assist bringing data science projects into productionOngoing Analysis and Quality AssurancePerform exploratory data analyses and maintain robust quality checksContinuously monitor and refine deployed models to ensure business relevance and accuracyWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceAdvanced degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, or applied scienceMinimum of 5+ years of experience in analytics, data mining, machine learning and deep learning modeling with experiences or learnings to apply generative AI conceptsExperience with online media, marketing attribution models, and adtech ecosystem is highly preferredTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and SQLWorking knowledge of relational database management systemsFamiliarity with advanced tools and platforms such as Apache Spark, sparkML, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, XGBoost, Databricks, Snowflake, and AWSSoft Skills & AttributesStrong business acumen and a passion for achieving business value through data science, with an openness to diverse methodologies beyond advanced data science techniquesWillingness to try new things and build from scratch to prove value, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solvingExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with and present to internal and external partners
