Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1510 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Central & West TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Previous hospital experience required. - Telemetry required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - 3 years or more nursing experience preferred. - Epilepsy care preferred.

Unit Details: - Uses video EEG, Hoyer lift, bladder scanner, vital sign machine, and telemetry. - No routine procedures performed on unit.

Shift & Scheduling: - No call. - Weekends: 4 shifts per month.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
