Responsibilities

What You'll Do On a Daily Basis

• Partner closely with nursing leaders to execute high-volume sourcing and hiring strategies for key clinical support roles.
• Assess candidates using behavioral interview techniques, review credentials, conduct thorough phone screens, and manage accurate, timely candidate tracking in our ATS/CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with facility CNOs and hiring managers across three Georgia hospitals.
• Utilize creative sourcing methodologies and AI tools to continuously build pipeline networks, moving candidates swiftly through the hiring process to meet critical monthly hiring targets

What You'll Bring to The Table

• 3+ years of dedicated talent acquisition or human resources experience
• Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Rome, Calhoun, or Chatsworth, Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Recruitment CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern AI sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR an equivalent combination of 4 years of relevant work experience
